Media Waiver

Centro participants may be featured in blog stories, as well as marketing materials to showcase graduates and recruit for programs. By opting in on our workshop registration form, you agree to Centro’s Media Waiver, which can be found at: www.centrocommunity.org/media-waiver
Please review this Agreement carefully as it sets forth the understanding between you ("Entrepreneur/Participant") and Centro Community Partners (“Centro”) located at 825 Washington St., Oakland, CA 94607, regarding the materials of you / that you created that Centro will be able to use. If you have any questions about the content of this Agreement, we should discuss them before you sign this Agreement.
General
Centro holds and operates a website and promotes itself to potential partners using methods including but not limited to conversations, presentations and giving away printed materials. This document permits Centro to materials including but not limited to biographical information, image, and voice recordings.
2. Extent
Centro agrees to uphold the request of the signatory and use the work products and media of advisor only if they have requested. Materials may include personal information, biographical history, pictures, audio, video, work products and communication products.
3. Waiver
The signatory allows Centro to use this information for marketing and information purposes. It is also understood that any such materials (video, lm, audio, and any other media) will be used with the highest integrity and discretion, with the intent to communicate responsibly and ethically, the subject matter contained therein.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
In Witness Whereof, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the program registration date.
