We are excited to announce that we have begun recruiting top MBA students to join our MBA Advisor Program. Over a 14-week period, we train MBA students in:

Management consulting
Small business finance
Credit analysis
Critical thinking
Communication skills
Professional coaching

We also match MBA students with underserved entrepreneurs attending our Entrepreneur Readiness Program. This provides students with an invaluable opportunity to directly apply what they learn in school towards helping underserved entrepreneurs develop their business plan.

One-hour behavior interview, including a business case study interview

Criteria for MBA Student Advisors

1-3 years professional work experience
Proven team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Committed to learning and self-improvement
Ability to commit between 5-10 hours per week during the program
